Windshields keep cracking at my apartment

So I drove from downtown to my apartment (no cracked windshield), and parked. The next morning the windshield had a long crack. I got it fixed no big deal. But a little weird.
Well here we are a month later and I swapped cars with my brother for the weekend. I have been SO SO CAREFUL with his car (he has a mustang, his pride and joy). I went downtown, drove back home, NO CRACK. About an hour passed and I got in the car to drive to my second job. THE WINDSHIELD HAS A CRACK. IS IT ME??!?? IS SOMETHING COMING OFF THE COMPLEX??? I’m so confused. Also the cars were parked in different spots but only a space away from eachother…
