Can I change my nose using manifestation?

Is it possible to get a smaller nose using manifestation? My nose is something I've been incredibly insecure about my whole life, I've wanted a nose job for years now but unfortunately I'm not able to afford it. Would I be able to change the shape of it if I manifest?
