Multiple updates a day

I use Codex App and while it's great they want to update it so much, it gets annoying to have the blue update button there seemingly all the time, and sometimes immediately after an update. And after each update it resets me back to Standard instead of Fast. Finally, while I'm giving feedback, the release notes should be a page in settings so we can easily see what the thing we just restarted for actually did.
