HELP NEEDED! We’ve had this done at our charity we’ve had a lot of issues will explain as I go on but I’ve taken these pictures and I am no landscaper, so we paid for “Decking” and we got scaffolding boards which have been burned and NAILED down (invoice says screws) we asked for a handrail… we got a rope? Which he’s actually a building regs violation on a raised deck. The “decking” is warping pads of them are loose, lots have splits right in the middle also the my are uneven and a trip hazard especially for veterans who are elderly and have walking aids wheelchairs ect also children. It’s rained today and the rainwater is pooling on the deck because it’s not decking it has the potential to be slippery and with a rope as a guard/hand rail my stomach is churning! apart from the filing a new company at the end of every tax year under a different name dissolving the companies. (Phoenix companies) the charging of Vat when non VAT registered the bankruptcy he was in till 30/05/26 and trading before this under a LTD company, multiple ccjs, fake reviews/followers and now scam pages no itemised invoices from building materials company sent over, a missing roof id say we’ve been had 🙃 could you tell me what else is wrong IE structurally! I am very worried this is unsafe for our visitors and I need to try and get this sorted immediately Thankyou so much for any advice
