How can i find a job? I have visible horizontal scars on my arms,no specialized skills,no degree.

I try to be a waiter,but the waiter uniform are short sleeve,and employees are not allowed wearing cooling sleeves.I told the hr i have visible tattoo on my arms,so i have to cover it.But they stop responding me after that.

I want to work indoors. So I'd prefer being a waiter or working in the kitchen over becoming a delivery guy.
