Travel insurance needed that covers pre-existing conditions -- I missed the 14-21 day window after my first trip deposit bc i've never purchased before and was unaware

Hi all, I'm deeply stressed trying to find the best comprehensive travel medical insurance for my upcoming trip to Europe in a few days (I know I waited too long, I should've done this earlier, but I've had multiple unexpected events occur that delayed me from looking into this). I originally thought I could just use BCBS Global Solutions but they don't cover pre-existing conditions without having a primary medical insurance that isn't Medicaid. So here's where I'm at and what I need. If you know anything please please help.

I am:

25F, post bone-marrow transplant after AML traveling to Europe bc I almost died and want to see the world. I am not looking to hear about what risks I'm taking or that I shouldn't go on the trip. That's not the help I'm asking for.

I did end up purchasing the BCBS Single Trip Gold plan that does not cover pre-existing conditions, but covers emergency medical evacuation. I was considering purchase a MedJet plan as well to cover evacuation back to U.S. if necessary.

I would like to find an alternative if possible that covers pre-existing conditions past the 14-21 day first trip deposit window. Medicaid is my primary insurance bc I was a student when I got sick and cannot return to work yet. I need something that will cover a hospital stay if I get sick and fever which is an emergency in my situation.

I barely post on reddit but I am not sure what else to do and am at a loss. Any actual helpful information is appreciated. Thank you kindly.
