Mirtzapine made me crazy

I’ve been on Mirtzapine for anxiety since december 2025 at 15mg and then during my luteal phase I went up to 30mg. When I went back down to 15mg it would make me so emotional, so I decided to carry on taking the 30mg from march time. I’ve noticed I’ve progressively got more angry and irritated. Especially in the mornings. I would wake up and absolutely hate my partner for no reason. I remember being so angry that I screamed at my family for no reason.
I ended up blowing up my relationship and saying I need to leave her and I regret it so much. I’ve been doing some thinking and I think my mood swings are connected to this. Does anyone have any similar experience? I became so paranoid that I thought everyone hated me.
