What are the odds of me getting sick from smelling it in a bathroom?

Needs Reassurance

(Sorta censored?) Title basically says it all. I walked into a single person bathroom on my college campus earlier, and noticed a bad smell but didn’t see anything originally, and I mean its not outrageous for a small bathroom to smell bad if someone used it recently. However, I went to the toilet and saw some liquid on the floor next to it. Didn’t take the time to study it, just grabbed my stuff and left to a different bathroom. I wasn’t in there for very long, but probably about a minute or so setting my stuff down and pondering what the scent was (meaning I was smelling it somewhat continuously). So all these things considered, what are the odds that I catch something? Once I finish using the different bathroom I’m gonna wash my hands (obviously), but then I have to drive 30 minutes home before I can sanitize my phone and wash my water bottle and bag (bag was placed on the floor by the door on the opposite side of the room, and water bottle was placed on a little shelf above the sink). I wanna believe I’m being dramatic worrying about this, but I’m not often in a small, enclosed room with it so I don’t know what to think, especially since I have absolutely no idea what circumstances may have caused it, or how long it was there before I walked in.
