Screaming into the void

Years of symptoms. Dismissed by my pcp despite risk factors for hashimotos. Two pregnancies and two babies later. No one thought to check my TSH for 6 years. Now I have two TR 5 nodules that need FNA and I can't get in until September within my healthcare system so I am trying to call around. I move out of state in three weeks with a toddler and an infant. I just want someone to kindly help me get an FNA quickly. I'm terrified I have cancer and I'm mad at my PCP and myself for not doing what needed to be done before I got probable cancer.

Looking for stories from others who had similar experiences - give me the good the bad and the ugly stories.
