Does VF 5 World tour need EAC and secure boot for offline singleplayer?

Never played VF but i got really hyped for VF6 and wanted to get 5 to play until it comes out. I'm not really happy with Tekken 8 and this game seems like the more grounded option that I crave.

I was happy to see it's on sale too, but got instantly turned off by it requiring secure boot and the shitty easy anticheat. Can I skip these if I just want to play offline world tour mode?
