Lag Spike or Frame Drops in Game

Hi, I just got back to the game after a few years but I keep experience massive frame drops or lag spikes in the game. Has anyone had this issue before? I used to play this game back in 2023 on my laptop on a much lower specs but never faced this issue.

Current System Specs:
CPU: AMD 7900
GPU: AMD 7900XT
32 GB RAM

Location : Inida (If it is relevant for the ping scenario)
