Are there spoilers on the stormlight starter set?

I searched and found similar answers, but nothing specific to the starter set. I know the full stormlight rulebook has spoilers for all books.

But what about the starter set? I just got it, but I have just started Rhythm of war. Am I good to read all of the contents or is it safer to read after ROW/WT?
