Recommendations from Curaleaf, not sure what flower actually is because of the names

I am due a new prescription and the doctor said I can pick an alternative strain. When I checked the list of availabilities they also just have random letters and number and it just says the THC percentage and whether its sativa or indica. Does anyone have any recommendations from Curaleaf, I'm mainly looking for pain relief and anxiety relief.
