Spinning down to zero

I think I’m ready to spin down to zero since I just went from 880k to 344k spinning on x20000…shouldn’t have done that smh
What are tips on starting from zero to get a good restart on Monday? I have 50 thors and unclaimed stuff in magical land (joker,flag and chests).
Should I leave the soccer ball wheel untouched? I have like 5k unused spins on it and my team has accumulated a few chests and other reward on current team battle.
I hate that my tiers are also so high due to high spins so I’m ready to start with easier tiers.
Help with tips since I can’t wrap my mind on going spin broke.
