best way to lose weight healthily mental wise TW: ED
wasn’t sure if to flair this mental health or advice but mental health seems better.
hi everyone, in the past i have struggled with really unhealthy habits like restriction and obsessing and all of that and i was just wondering if anyone had any tip for losing weight but staying away from numbers?
things like calorie/marco counting and even weighing myself i know are big triggers for me and i know those things are both really common things in losing weight and i really dont want to slip back into undereating bc last summer was hell because of it. any advice welcome but please don’t just be like “get over it”
should i just focus on intuitive eating and exercise? i have no clue what i way i can’t even keep a scale in my house. i’m scared even knowing my weight would trigger me but i am like an XL in bottoms size 15 pant
TIA
