Need help with OC teqnique

Ok i have the domain, themes and ideas down but no idea how to do the teqnique.

Themes: electricity, code / techbology, self destructive, speed.

User basically mach rushes thriugh the battlefield glitching around and doing eoectrified attacks.

They also have cybernetics to control there teqbique and minimalise the self destructive aspect.

Domain: Terminal velocity.

Sure hit recodes the targets soul to be glitchy, using cursed energy they have to attempt to repair the corrupt OS like damage, of they fail to within the timelimit of the domain the effects are perminant.

Visually it looks like a vast expance of circuits with a burry glitchy effect in the distance like its out of render distance, void sky filled with lightbing strikes and there is hella fast wind and binary floating around. There is also wires dangling from the sky and it just looks like a mechanical waistland.

Oh and theres bloodsplatter arround the place.

Just need ideas on what TF the technique would be to connect it apl together if u have any ideas please share them.
