Best Free Launcher

I have a Eonon e46a13 it has 2gb of ram I also have a bluetooth obd2 scanner that hooks up to the radio that’s from eonon so I’d like to keep using that too. I got tired of the crappy android UI and I want a better one. Especially because for whatever reason my dad really hates my music so I can’t use CarPlay half the time. I would like if i can see maps and music maybe weather at the same time.
