Are Westlake tires good?

I drive a 2018 Mazda 3 Touring and am starting to shop for replacement tires because my current set is nearly worn out. I found the Westlake SA07 Sport tires on Discount Tire for $72 each. Are they any good? They're definitely budget-priced, but the site shows a 4.2/5 customer rating.
