Am I at risk for refeeding syndrome?

30 F, 170 pounds.

For a month I haven't been able to eat food due to acute dysphagia- cause unknown. I've been consuming protein shakes, coconut water, and the occasional smoothie. This past week the swallowing difficulties eased up and I was able to eat applesauce and yogurt.

Today I ate about 2 scrambled eggs as I was able to swallow them. I feel extremely nauseous and just off.

I'm in another state away from home. Am I at risk of refeeding syndrome? Should I go to the E.R.?
