Schizoid-friendly quiet areas to exercise in solitude?

What sort of places do you guys go to exercise, walk, and/or run? How do I find places with no people where I can exercise in peace with no one nagging me, trying to talk to me, and no annoying dogs? I already work out early in the morning, but I don't go outside because I'm trying to avoid people - I live in a neighborhood.
