What if the Faceless Men were replaced in skill with the Assassin from AC

So, to be clear, they're still assassins. They still believe that only death can pay for life, but they can't swap faces. They can perform the Leap of Faith, use Eagle Vision, and wield hidden blades. What would change because of this? Would assassinations be a bit more difficult since they can't swap faces, or would the Assassin's Creed assassins' skills be good enough to compensate? What do you think.
