Armageddon Battalion, C. Patrol, or Wazdakka and trukk?

I have a handful of models, warbikers, storm boyz, and I just picked up the ork half of Armageddon. When thinking toward building a full army, what's the best next buy?

Battalion has the trike which can lead bikes but I hear the buggy is trash.

Waz seems good and fun but trukk might be updated?

Combat patrol seems like a good all around but maybe not helpful for building toward cult of speed.

Thoughts?
