Spring bar tip broke off in lug.

I had the tip of a spring bar break off flush inside an (undrilled) lug of an older watch. I already tried to use super glue to get it out, no luck. It seems like there’s a bit of rust possibly holding it in there. Anybody else ever had this problem?
