Air Conditioning failed

Hey everyone, so I have a 2023 Lightning LR Max tow. I bought it used a couple of years ago. I just passed the bumper to bumper warranty of 60,000km and now my A/C doesn’t work. There are no lights on the dash, just warm air.

I brought it in to Ford and they said there’s a leak in the right drier hose and so they have to order the reservoir since hose is apart of it or something like that.

It’s not the end of the world that I would have to pay for it but the issue I have is that the part is on back order. I was hoping they’ve give me an estimated window but they literally have no idea when the part could come in.

Any of you ever have this issue? Perhaps there’s a way it could be repaired and Freon could be added? It’s my work truck and I’m always towing, starting to get pretty hot lol
