Lactation after miscarriage

I stopped breast feeding my now almost 2 yo back in July 2025 (last year) when he turned 1. And completely dried up. I got pregnant in September and then miscarried 2 days before Christmas (was about 6 was pregnant) and it was an ongoing miscarriage that lasted until late February.

Period began in April 2026 and have all been regular and every 28-32 days since.

Today I was messing with my bra (adjusting my breasts in it) and noticed milk beads coming out of my nipple so I wiped and expressed and some more milk came out. Expressed the other breast and milk beads came out of the other breast as well.

Has anyone heard of this? Could this be the start of another pregnancy or just related to my miscarriage?
