Would there be any visual width changes to my jaw

So I’m getting jaw surgery, 5mm upper, 10mm lower, 10mm genio, ccwr at 4 degree. Would my jaw appear a tad wider after surgery because it’s currently retruded and being brought forward? It currently feels kinda narrow from the front
