Can you export your customer data from GloriaFood before it shuts down?
Yes, but you need to do it now while your account is still active. Here is what you have and how to get it out.
GloriaFood stores years of customer data that belongs to you:
- Customer names and email addresses from every order
- Full order history per customer — what they ordered, how often, how much they spent
- Delivery addresses
- Phone numbers are collected at checkout
How to export it: go into your GloriaFood account and look for a CSV or data export option under your orders or customer section. Download everything and store it somewhere you control.
Why this matters for migration: any platform with loyalty features, customer profiles, or remarketing is only useful if it has your historical data loaded in. Starting fresh on a new platform means losing every returning customer signal you have built up.
What to check before choosing a new platform: ask specifically whether they can import GloriaFood customer data and full order history — not just a contact list. Most platforms can import emails. Fewer can attach order history to customer profiles. That difference matters if you plan to use any CRM or loyalty features.
Do not wait for Oracle to provide an official migration tool for this. Export now.
