Complain after waiting one hour late in person interview to a higher up?

I wanted your opinion on whether I should complain this or not:

I recently took 2 hours of public transportation to attend an in-person interview and arrived about 10 minutes early. I sat near the receptionist’s desk but ended up waiting nearly an hour with very little communication. About 30 minutes in, I asked about the delay and was told there was a scheduling conflict and they should be ready soon.

After about 45 minutes, when I was honestly ready to leave, one of the interviewers finally came out and simply said, “Sorry for the delay, we had a conflict,” before immediately walking me into the interview room. There were about 7 committee members waiting inside, and nobody else acknowledged the delay or apologized before quickly starting the interview questions.

By that point, I was already frustrated and probably not at my best during the interview, which itself only lasted about 30 minutes.

At this point, I’m no longer interested in the position, even if they invite me back. Do you think it’s worth respectfully sharing feedback with higher leadership about the experience, or should I just let it go and move on?
