deciding whether I should stay w/ berk or go to my state school

Ik it’s way past the may 1st deadline, but my state school is still accepting enrollment. I got in l&s oos and was interested in doing biotech by majoring in mcb. However, realistically, the tech market is just getting rougher and there are not many stem majors in l&s that have high ROI with just an undergrad degree (ROI does matter to me unfortunately cuz I’m paying almost full price). If I were to choose my state school, I would do pre dental as I’d save much more money and have more resources for extracurriculars. However I’m not 100% set on pre dental and scared I will regret choosing my state school over berkeley if I change my career path. Should I go to berkeley and then decide after a year if I should stay and do biotech or transfer to do pre dental? I was also wondering if there are classes at berkeley that are dental-related so I can figure out which path I want to go to.
