Do you attend the weekly/frequent clinical presentations at your hospital? Do you actually actively listen to them and try to learn as much as you can?

I attended a few clinical education presentations that are presented by my colleagues during work.

I'm basically just tired and usually just take that opportunity to just sit and passively listen. I see it more as a break from work. I do learn some things from the presentation but im not switched on completely.

Anyway, it's my turn to present. I've spent a lot of time making sure my presentation is solid. And I'm quite worried I'll be judged. the audience will consist of nurses and registrars. The consultants are too busy to attend. Usually, only 5 to 9 people attend, so i guess these attendees are looking to learn something, especially since they are taking time out of their work day to attend.

Are doing presentations in front of your colleagues scary? Im worried about the question and answer part.

Worst case scenario is that everyone moves on and forgets about my presentation, since they're busy on the wards.
