I don't know

I had a dream or nightmare a couple days ago, it starts with me waking up and seeing bugs on my arms, my vision was also blurry but I was still able to see the bugs and 2 messages my brother sent one was a long paragraph I didn't read and another was telling me not to go outside so I got off my bed and started walking towards my front door and I also noticed I was in the house that I moved from, I didn't have great memories there. As soon as I got to the door and opened I saw nothing outside like nothing, just darkness then I woke up.

When I saw those messages during the dream I did think of the time my brother called the ambulance on himself because he'd taken a bunch of pills to try to OD he was fine at the end but it was still stressful.

Also after I woke up from that dream I felt like I was on alert, I also heard my sister vomiting while reading a message from my cousin who doesn't text me unless it's serious asking me where my sister was. So I waited for my sister to get out just for her to tell me she took a bunch of aspirin so me and my brother took her to the hospital. It was stressful but she was fine turns out she didn't even take any aspirin but other pills that are also harmful but she's fine.

It was genuinely the only time I felt like divine intervention happened and I don't even believe in a god so if anyone has any clue what my dream was even about I'd be happy to hear it.
