scam alert

i have airtel sim card i usually do recharge of rupees 349 of prepaid plan i we recharge from any upi app and see information about rechage it shows they will give 5g unllimited data but you get only 2 gb data per day then i furter see in airtel thanks app there is no unlimited data in 349 recharge so i upgrade to 51 rupee additional still not getting 5g unlimited its not network issue and when i try to contact they since 24 hours whether theydidnt receive call or transfer call to IVR no human responce i called to every number i can atleast 200 times
