According to some people, people who like Chloe don't have trauma
I remember someone saying that Chloe stans, fans or whatever people call us, were never bullied. Actually, I was bullied for my race once in kindergarten and then bullied out of jealousy during elementary school. When I mentioned in a comment that I was bullied and that I have trauma but don't shake as Marinette ( I love her) did, someone replied that I couldn't possibly have trauma because I like Chloe, so that automatically means that I condone bullying. Let's get the record straight. I don't condone bullying. I like Chloe because she's a great villain, looks really cool in her new S6 design, and there is never a dull moment when she's around. What I dislike about her character is that she bullied everyone and was written so that she never changes. Another reason I like Chloe is that I'm projecting my guilt onto her. The girl who bullied me in elementary school reminds me of Chloe sometimes, and although I hated when she constantly provoked, criticized, mocked and belittled me by saying, " Ew, germs! " whenever I walked into a room, or called me a raccoon, or laughed when I didn't do well in school, and said I had terrible singing and drawing skills (I do), I still feel guilty that as the older kid (by a year) I didn't do more to help her be better. The girl did have moments when she was being genuinely nice to me, and I wish we could have been friends. Although I have forgiven her, that does not mean I have forgotten how she treated me and the effects her bullying still has on me to this day. I'm still confused as to how me liking a character dictates who I am. Were those people correct? Am I not allowed to have trauma? Is my trauma null and void? I don't understand!
