Commissary Contractor Monitor

Can anybody tell me more about the Commissary Contractor Monitor position? Obviously I’ve read the job description but it seems pretty vague. What is a normal day like at work? What are the hours? Work/life balance? I finally got a callback from a a hiring manager for a GS-6 position so I want as much intel as I can get before the formal interview.
