Animals are constantly sick?

At first I thought it was because I didnt have enough grass planted and in troughs. But currently I have upgraded sheds that auto feed, plenty of grass, and learning stations by the sheds so they're getting petted. I'm still dealing with epidemic after epidemic. Mostly fleas

I can't keep up with the amount of herbs or the amount of oil needed. Every time I cure one another gets sick. What is happening!
