Tips for reading Aristotle’s Metaphysics?
I’m a third-year philosophy student in college and I’ve been wanting to read more foundational philosophy texts over the summer, so I decided on Aristotle’s Metaphysics (W.D. Ross translation) based on recommendation from a peer. I’ve read a lot of Plato, some of Nicomachean Ethics, and a little bit of Posterior Analytics. Is there anything else I should read up on to understand Metaphysics? Anything I should keep in mind as I read? Recommendations for what to read after?
