Dog training recommendations

Looking for a good dog trainer in the Tulsa/BA/kiefer/Owasso area. Prices appreciated as well. I recently adopted a 3 year old Pomeranian and I’m unsure of his past life but it seems to have been a rough one. he is extremely anxious with others and hyperventilates basically when others have to watch him while I’m at work. with me he’s an angel but has strong anxiety and borderline aggression when I’m gone. if I have friends/family come over to take him for walks or potty time he wont come out of the crate and just growls until they go away. I suspect he wasn’t very socialized and latched onto me quickly because he is anxious when I’m away. any recommendations appreciated!!
