Sauron's castle for non lotr fan

the new sauron castle(Barad dur) is avaialble in my country for a hefty 50k INR(500$ USD).

I am not a LOTR fan but deeply interested in other themes and for now this one looks nice has all the elements display minifigs and other stuff.

my only concern is as a non lotr fan i may not be able to appreciate it and once i build it will just be another dust collector.
