Opinion- This " Jelena" thing not dying will never let General people consider Justin as a serious artist and he will always be looked as Teen popstar who is more known for his personal life gossip than music

Look I am from that era when maybe at one time I liked Jelena as I was 10 back then ,but the way it turned out year after year I hated it more and more ,specially when selena used it to bash Justin everyday in 2013-14 days but at the same time using him to promote her music which was otherwise flopping.

In retrospective when I look at that whole thing I can see how a lot of it was a PR marketing ,I mean its tough to demaracte how much of that relationship was real and how much was fake ,but regardless of that ,real or fake ..it was commercialised( the relationship as well as the break up) to sell music ,they treated Jelena as a brand or peoduct ,more on selena side than Justin cause obviously she needed that brand more.

It is not uncommon for managements to project that the popstars are involved and writing their own music with very personal experience and I have seen scooter podacasts and whenever he talks about Justin in those ,he literally talk about him as a Product ,and how he had whole plan in his head that how will he gonna make him this big star and how will he gonna milk the profit, I wont be surprised that he pushed Justin to have this relationship, and later Justin being this emotional person was taken advantage of into this like anything ( I mean this girl Jasmin he once dated was refused to get revealed but they allowed selena ?? so obviously it was for marketing)

I mean , It cant be ignored how the papz pictures used to get released around album release of eother of two or mostly selena..in 2011 then 2014 ..after 2012 Justin never really ( as much as I remember ) posted picture of selena on his insta which was from that very time....it was always a throwback old picture from either 2011 or 12 ..Selena was caught making out with an engaged orlando bloom in 2014 and I have no idea how did she wipe it out with PR...also even if they actually met or hanging out in last few months of 2017 and early 2018..I cant unsee the blowing out of proportion by media of those riding the bike lictures,that it makes it looks someone planted the papz and paid the medis ,i mean whats big deal didnt they always had this on and off thing in front of media ,and she was literally with the weekend few weeks ago that ??

Whatever, But I have no idea how this " Jelena " thing can survive for this long ,and its cheap that even today there are so many people who want to interpret Justin song lyrics as some gossip magazine rather than listening to it as a song and how the song resonate to them ,there are so many GP music lovers who always been reluctant to get into Justin music cause of his teen popstar image and this very jelena thing puts a very cheap version of teenage postar image (not the one which we all lived and celebrated but the one where an artist is discarded to be called as real artist as someone only loved by teens for everything but music )

I mean I was watching an reaction of Yukon grammy perfromance and those guys are joking about whether he is singing for selena or hailey ???are they serious

Ya this is what Justin has become ,a character of daily soap who is treated as gossip fodder ,look at so many edits of him on tiktok or socialedia about that teenage realtionship from 15 years ago

He is 32 ,married for so long ,have a kid ,he is way more settled than any of the celebrity around his age and people want to project the 15 years old gossip onto him ??

And I dont like this,thats the reason GP always consider him so low as a music artist compared to Brouno Mars , the weekend or ed sheeran , even if he has numbers and impact with music ,cause​ for that people needs to see him beyond his Teen Popstar image and it wont happen unless this 15 year old ship ( PR or whatever ) gets forgotten.And I know which side wants to keep it alive for relevancy cause she has no talent to survive with music.Its unfortunate how Justin is still part of this gossip mess.
