Shipping delay insurance request

Hi there, I’m trying to get help from someone who has been able to get a refund from the delay insurance purchased with the shipping. My parcel was supposed to arrive in 10-12 days and it took more than 60 days lol based on the insurance details that should make me get back 100% of my shipping cost. How can I start the process?
