Any one used and installed these Aliexpress/Alibabab all in one Bathrooms?

I’m thinking of putting one of these in my garage for now instead of building a permanent bathroom, as I’ll probably remove it in the future.

Has anyone used one before? I already have all the plumbing installed, so I would only need to connect it to the existing plumbing. I’m just not sure about the quality and reliability, so I wanted to see if anyone has experience with these.
