Why I just want attention

Why I just keep wanting attention all the time why I can’t just be myself instead of being others slaves or begging for attention. I’m a nasty creep nobody cares about me really they just want to use me and I believe everything. Can I just be on intense drugs and not think about other people at all and skip time
