Natural moisturizer

I'm 20 but live with my mom and am broke so I rely on her financially. I've had eczema since I was a baby and we've been using Vaseline or Aquaphor (whichever the store has) and medicated ointment for it for years up until recently. My mom has gotten really into holistic medicine and homesteading and doesn't see the point in buying moisturizers when she can just make it. The issue is that the thing she's making irritates my skin and it's driving me crazy. I was hoping someone had some advice for what natural remedies were helpful for moisturizing their eczema. I know it's not a one size fits all kind of deal but I'm willing to try if it means getting my skin under control.

Her recipe is extra virgin olive oil, beeswax, calendula, and I think something else but I don't remember.
