What does T-Mobile or Assurant consider similar device for 360 protection replacement ?

I have a iPhone 16 pro max ( Australian version with physical sim) on a Byod 360 plan.

What would they replacement device with ? I absolutely do not want the US version with dual esim would they replace it with that version ?
