WHERE CAN I GET GLITTER DUMPLINGS Y'ALL

Where can I find those glitter dumplings in Nepal? Can someone tell me the website or shop? I'm in Kathmandu valley so the nearest option would be great. Also appreciate online delivery (within a week or less). No links please, just the site or the shop. Thank youuu
