should I end my friendship? if so, what do I say

so basically, I have this friend who I met after she moved to my town, when we met, I was going into the 7th grade, and she was going into the 5th grade. Now I'm going into the 10th grade and she's going into the 8th grade, but ever since last year, she's been weirding me out... when we first met I told her all about a girl that Sa'd me, bullied me for my weight/looks/art and so much more, and encouraged me so SH. Then she became best friends with this girl and talked shit about with her, and a few weeks later my other friend told me that she was calling me a bitch and was saying she wanted to drop me, I eventually got over it. she's done other smaller things like always mentioning my older brother when we hang out but whatever. But recently she came down to my house, and we ended up inviting another girl to drink with us, and the whole night they were ignoring me but practically throwing themselves at my brother, I ended up talking to the other girl about it and she apologized and told me she was crazy drunk and my brother was the only sober one, but the main girl (who this post is about) never apologized and instead tried to put the blame on my brother, and then she talked shit about the other girl! the next day I let her go babysitting with me and she complained the whole time, the weekend after that she came over again and the whole time she hung out with me she seemed bored and uninterested. later on, she started talking about getting CROSSFADDED and tried to go to my brother for weed (Because he smokes) after he said no, she wanted to go outside to have a fire and I said we should wait for it to get darker, so we did. while waiting she trauma dumped to my parents and the stories all sounded fake... at some point she said when she was in the 2nd grade a girl jumped her, pulled a knife on her, waterboarded her with mud and the teachers didn't do anything, and another story that stook out was her saying that for the first 6 years of her life, her mom ignored and neglected her, only for me to find out her mom was just working because she was a single mom at the time, yet still made time for her. she also always tries to make everything about her, like on out friends' birthday she kept talking about her dead cat... but anyways, when it was finally time for the fire, she knew my parents were sleeping and the only other person awake was my older brother, as I was starting the fire she kept saying we should get someone else to do it for us, and did the same thing while I was chopping the wood. (mind you one time my brother cut the firewood for us she was taking photos of him) eventually I got the fire started and ready, but she decided to go inside for almost 20 minutes to give my brother one of the cookies we baked, once she came back out she told me she didn't want to have the fire anymore and made me put it out, so we went back to my room and then she told me she wanted to go watch a movie in my older brothers room, so that's what we did, but she kept interrupting the movie to ask for weed or trauma dump on him. the next morning, we decided to go swimming and that day happened to be his birthday, so she started to make him a birthday post for him on snapchat, she then asked me if she should post it, and I said "sure, it's just a birthday post" after she posted it she told me that the photo she used for it (Just a photo of him and her smiling next to each other) got him called a pedo a week earlier and she never told me this until after it was posted. anyways, after all of that I was trying to distance myself from her, but then we seen each other in public while we were out with our families so she asked my mom if I could have a sleepover, and my mom said yes, so I ended up at her house, she asked me to do her lashes but her mom (who already hates me) clearly didn't want me to, so I didn't. Later on she wanted to go meet up with one of our other friends to try to get weed from them, obviously we were already drinking so I didn't think she needed weed so I asked her "do you want to hang out with them, or their weed" she went silent and eventually said she wants to hang out with them, so we all met up. The girl didn't bring any weed and instead brought some drinks and smokes, so that's what we all did, later we seen one of our other friends meeting up with one of our OTHER friends to buy a vape off them, so we all hung out. it was all good and shit until my main 'friend' seen some kids who used to go to her church, and she ended up telling them that her mom bought our drinks, so as we were leaving to go to someone's house to hit their bong, she got a text from her mom to come home right away, so we both had to leave. turns out the Christian kids told their mom who told her mom, so my friend got lectured, and when she got back, instead of talking to me about it, she told 5 random dudes who are all older than her, and bragged about having 5 guys texting her, the next morning I woke up to a text asking If I could babysit, but I was already late so I quickly texted back saying I could i'd just be late, and the person said it was all good cause their friend would babysit until I got there, so I quickly got ready but then my friend said she could walk me because she wanted to hang out with her other friends who live near the babysitting house, she just had to text her mom to ask. she then proceeded to call up one of her friends and just sit on her bed instead of getting ready, and when I reminded her she began to get ready very slowly... when she was almost ready she told me her mom didn't answer so she'd have to go ask in person, I went with her to find her mom, only to find out her mom wasn't even home and my friend wouldn't be able to leave her 3 younger siblings home alone anyways. By now I was already 40 minutes late so I just left. Now i've waited to say the worst part at the end! after she was all over my brother she made him add her on snap and he ended up unadded her like 2 weeks later cause she was scarily obsessed with him and literally told him she was in love with him, after she seen he unadded her, she told me about it but she suspects he unadded her cause "He's inlove with her" (which he's not) and then, when we seen those Christian kids, she told the oldest 2, that my brother wanted in her panties and wanted to "R4PE" her... she's also told me that the only reason she became friends with me was to get closer with my brother...
