An extreme metal album I saw on Spotify

The album cover depicted a man with long hair pointing a gun at an image of himself in the mirror but his face in the mirror is demonic. He's standing in a sparsely furnished room pointing a gun at a mirror on a dresser. The image looked painted.

I don't remember what it sounded like but I'm sure it was extreme metal of some kind. I've been trying to find it again for a long time. Sounds familiar to anyone?
