IBKR proof of address for Kazakhstan resident - what document worked for you?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to open an Interactive Brokers account as a resident of Kazakhstan, but my proof of address documents keep getting rejected.

I submitted a utility bill/payment confirmation from Kaspi, but IBKR rejected it with the following reason:
“The document submitted as Utility Bill is not an acceptable form of Proof of Address. Please refer to the list of acceptable documents and submit another type for review.”

Has anyone from Kazakhstan successfully verified their residential address with IBKR?
What document did you use?
Something from eGov?

Also, did the document need to be in English, or was Russian accepted?

Any practical advice would be appreciated.
