[arcade][around 1990?] somewhat cartoonish vertical shooter

Genre: vertical shooter on foot.

A guy (or two) walked upwards with weapons and destroyed enemies. Enemies were vehicles and probably people too. Surely bosses were vehicles. I remember a huge tank that could have been the first boss possibly. It's vague I know, sorry. 😭

Estimated year of release:

I suck at remembering how old, or little, I could have been back then. I think the range could be 1985-1995.

Graphics/art style:

Quite colored and somewhat cartoonish, but not as much as "shock troopers". Much more linear, other than older.

Notable characters:

I remember a big tank as a boss.

Nothing special really. These guys walked upwards and killed everyone until a boss finally showed up.
