Tranquility Bay - The Van Blarigan Case, 1998

The Blarigans had their son Van kidnapped and brought to Jamaica in the 1990's. Their son Van was able to contact their neighbor, a State Judge, who tried to have the boy returned. The judge ruled that the parents had broken no laws.
